In addition, a working group was established with the aim to promote a new class for the heavier aircrafts in Europe. The new class should be administrated by an national entity similar to the one in charge of the micro light aircrafts (ULM) in order to keep the cost down, and to avoid unnecessary strict rules for this rather simple form of "good weather recreational" aviation.
